Americans For Open Records - A free site where you can enter or search for information on half-siblings or donors.  It is presently formatted as one very long list, but if you just do a search on the page for pertinent information, you are likely to find what you need.

Donor Offspring Health - A free site where people share health related information anonymously or openly.  Donors or offspring can post information, or anyone considering sperm/egg donation can search to see if anyone has posted any health information on a particular donor.

Donor Offspring Matches - A free site where you can post donor or offspring information or contact others in the registry. 

Donor Sibling Groups - A free site where people share yahoo discussion group contact information about particular donor offspring.

Donor Sibling Registry - A site where you can pay a yearly fee to post donor or offspring information or contact others in the registry.
